The Summit will be held November 17-19, 2011 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, on the Potomac River in Maryland, just minutes outside of Washington, DC. The National Harbor offers breathtaking views, entertainment, dining and shops, and is just 15 minutes from downtown DC.
AFP has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted convention rate of $199 per night for single or double occupancy. AFP attendees will also receive the Gaylord's resort services for free (a $15/night value), which include free internet access, free local calls, and complimentary paper and water. To recieve the discounted rate, you must use the registration link above, or if you call the hotel directly, you must mention that you are with the AFP Summit. DC Reagan National Airport is the closet airport to the Gaylord, although Dulles Airport and Baltimore Washington International airport also offer flights to the area.
